As a trainer, I take your fitness and nutrition goals seriously. While I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. Your success, consistency and achievements are just as important to me as they are to you. I will analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan and nutrition plan based off your package you select. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified in Group Personal Training, a Specialist in Exercise Therapy, a Specialist in Sports Nutrition and a Specialist in Strength and Conditioning.
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I have taken pride in keeping and maintaining healthy habits; hence, I am also my own client. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for you. I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I offer individualized training sessions both virtually and also, Face to Face. Each package includes training, a nutrition plan and a free t-shirt. The Face to Face equipment will be supplied.
